What is the return policy for my order?
You can return a product within 14 days after you receive the product.
How long will it take to get my money?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive the products, inspect them and confirm that they show no signs of use.
All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with tracking information so we can process the refund.
Attention. The money will be refunded to your account within 5 business days after we receive the return.
Products that meet one or more of the following criteria cannot be returned:
- Sealed products: If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
- Products created by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications (custom orders).
- Products that are clearly of a personal nature.
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Products in the categories "Beauty," "Children & Baby," and "Sport" cannot be returned due to hygiene measures. We take hygiene and public safety very seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, we do not allow the return of opened products. We are not alone in this - other beauty and health product providers do not allow the return of opened products for the same reason.
- Products that can be worn or used directly on the skin cannot be returned. This includes all underwear products, which are therefore excluded from our return policy. Please ensure that you carefully check the size of any underwear products before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
- Clothing and shoes: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for clothing and shoes, as this has devastating effects on our environment. If an item of clothing does not fit, we will give you a voucher to order a better size. We recommend giving the original clothing item to a friend to avoid waste.

- According to the Environmental Protection Agency, in 2018, 17 million tons of textile waste ended up in landfills, making up 5.8% of total municipal solid waste that year.
- According to the World Resources Institute, it takes 2,700 liters of water to produce one cotton shirt.
- The decomposition of textiles in landfills can take up to 200+ years.
Since our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are already making a significant contribution to environmental protection. Accepting returns and the associated waste of clothing and additional emissions due to logistics would not align with our mission: a better world.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of your order is only possible within 10 minutes of placing the order. Our orders are not processed after 10 minutes, and therefore cancellation is not possible.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns.
We recommend shipping your return with a tracking option, as we do not accept responsibility for lost returns.
