14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@strivingo.com. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. We only accept returns of items that are new and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom orders
  • Products that can be worn or used directly on the skin, including all underwear products. Please verify the sizes carefully before purchasing as returns or exchanges for these items are not accepted.
  • Clothing and shoes: In our effort to reduce environmental impact, we do not accept returns for clothing and shoes. If an item does not fit, we will provide a voucher for a replacement in a more suitable size. We encourage you to pass on the original item to someone who can use it, helping us to avoid unnecessary waste.

Return Processing Time: After we receive your returned item, allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Refunds: If your return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Note that it might take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damages, or discrepancies, immediately contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make necessary corrections.

Exchanges: For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you desire.

Cancellation Policy: Contact us quickly if you wish to cancel your order. We will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has been processed or shipped. If cancellation is not possible, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
